The Management of FULTER LOGISTICS is committed to establishing and maintaining a work environment healthy and safe, carrying out its activities in a responsible manner, offering its clients services that meet with your requirements and expectations, respecting all national, provincial, municipal regulations and existing international standards.

Due to the above, the commitment is assumed to implement and keep updated a Quality Management System of its processes to achieve the following objectives:

  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements to achieve maximum customer satisfaction terms of quality of the agreed products and services.
  • Maintain and permanently improve the effectiveness of our quality management system in accordance with the requirements and guidelines of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 and this Policy.
  • Prioritize our customers ‘satisfaction and other interested parties, strengthening long-term business relationships term, thus achieving a sustained growth of the company.
  • Maintain current suppliers that ensure adequate levels of service to meet standards quality
  • Promote the automation and improvement of processes with new technologies.
  • Implement a process of continuous improvement, through the correct execution, control and understanding of the daily tasks, improving and strengthening staff training in order to enhance their skills.
