Accordingly, we commit to implementing and keeping up to date a Quality and Environmental Management System and an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, under a reference framework for establishing our quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety objectives and processes, in order to achieve the following guidelines:

• Ensure compliance with current legal and other applicable requirements by defining the necessary internal regulations that establish standards in matters of safety, health, and the environment, as well as the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of services agreed upon with clients in order to build their loyalty and achieve long-term business relationships that allow for the company’s sustained growth.
• Protect the environment, including the prevention of pollution, the sustainable use of resources, climate change mitigation and adaptation, and the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems in carrying out our activities.
• Identify, assess, and control the environmental aspects and impacts associated with our operations, prioritizing those that are significant.
• Permanently maintain and improve the effectiveness of our quality, environmental, and OH&S management system in accordance with the requirements and guidelines of International Standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, and this Policy.
• Maintain qualified suppliers that ensure adequate service levels in order to meet quality, environmental, and OH&S standards.
• Promote the automation and improvement of processes through new technologies.
• Implement a continuous improvement process for the integrated management system through the proper execution, control, and understanding of daily tasks, enhancing and strengthening staff training in order to develop their skills.
• Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health, appropriate to the purpose, size, and context of the organization and to the specific nature of its OH&S risks and OH&S opportunities.
• Eliminate hazards and reduce OH&S risks.
• Carry out consultation with, and enable the participation of, workers and, where they exist, workers’ representatives, on matters related to OH&S.
• Provide a framework for establishing quality, environmental, and OH&S objectives.

This policy will be communicated to all members of the organization and will remain available to any interested party who wishes to learn about it.
